Move the default module loading from makeDocumentClass() to setBaseClass().
This makes the Document>Settings dialog behave better.

Add UseModule tag for layout files. This allows the AMS files, in particular, to "require" the
theorems-ams module, which is what most users will want. A later commit will allow users also
to "exclude" this module, in case they wanted to do that.

We have a new translation: Arabic

The translation is only for trunk as there we need to fix some remaining translation problems. I think this will be ready before LyX 1.6.0.

- modifying a shortcut removes the previous one
(if it's not a system shortcut)

- rename ShortcutLineEdit to ShortcutWidget and build it on
top of QLabel instead of QLineEdit
