Replace InsetButton and ButtonInset with a ButtonRenderer that can be
included as a member variable.
Enable InsetExternal to choose its renderer dynamically.
diffstat tells me

Enable ref dialog to be launched by removing check on mouse buttons.
Too many FuncRequest(LFUN_INSET_EDIT,...) do not set the mouse button...
