Tentative fix for bug #7545. Please test.

The problem is with sweave when the temp file path contains spaces. This patch adds some postprocessing that removes the reference to the temp dir.

Updated UserGuide after removal of macro insertion while in regexp mode.
Fixed regression case (now typing twice "\" leads to "\\", i.e., the regexp matching the backslash char).

Disabled possibility to type macros in regexp-mode. Now typing \ inserts a \ (no need to type twice) while in regexp mode.

Now a regexp inset with a \backslash compiles.
This is needed when instant preview is on,
so we avoid the empty preview due to latex compilation error.

Fix problem with static error list.

It's amazing we haven't seen problems with this before. The basic problem is that buf.errorList("whatever") would always return the same global, static error list, if it did not already exist. So, to a significant extent, there was only one global error list!

Decimal point --> Decimal separator. As noted by one of our translators,
that is the language we use elsewhere.

Fix bug #7540. Patch based upon one added to bug report by Max Funk.

Basically, patch adds routine that calcuates relative paths to parent
rather than child directories.

On Windows, not all file systems provide for a short form of a filename,
so we have to account for this. Also, when checking whether TeX allows
spaces in file names, we try different quoting styles in order to account
for the kind of TeX engine used.

Avoid extra ' ' in text-only export of consecutive macros in math mode, for Advanced F&R matching, with ignore-format off.
For example, this wasn't allowing to match '\beta\alpha' in the sequence '\alpha\beta\alpha', as
in the accompanying regression test-case (added case for ignore-format off).
