Their purpose is assuring that the vertical spacing is not changed for old documents. Given that they also assure that the bad spacings in nested item environments is preserved, let's simply get rid of them. --- diff --git a/lib/doc/UserGuide.lyx b/lib/doc/UserGuide.lyx index bfc5ec0884..9facac2600 100644 --- a/lib/doc/UserGuide.lyx +++ b/lib/doc/UserGuide.lyx @@ -1629,10 +1629,6 @@ These are the most basic mouse operations. \begin_layout Enumerate Motion -\begin_inset Separator parbreak -\end_inset - - \end_layout \begin_deeper @@ -1648,10 +1644,6 @@ left mouse button \end_deeper \begin_layout Enumerate Selecting Text -\begin_inset Separator parbreak -\end_inset - - \end_layout \begin_deeper @@ -1685,10 +1677,6 @@ Paste \end_deeper \begin_layout Enumerate Insets (Footnotes, Notes, Floats, etc.) -\begin_inset Separator parbreak -\end_inset - - \end_layout \begin_deeper @@ -2451,10 +2439,6 @@ description "Control key" in the documentation files) This has a couple of different uses, depending on which keys it is used in combination with: -\begin_inset Separator parbreak -\end_inset - - \end_layout \begin_deeper @@ -2569,10 +2553,6 @@ menu accelerator keys .
