Export tests: Ignore compilations of copernicus with luatex or xetex

The compilations fail because the macro
	\DeclareUnicodeCharacter
is not defined. Also the sequence
	  \ifnum\pdfoutput=\z@
is making troubles.

The exports to previous lyx-versions is disabled too,
because there is no layout defined there.
