  10       ANY DISTRIBUTION OF ONE OF THESE FONTS MUST INCLUDE THE LICENCE FILE

  13       The fonts included in this package are intended for Windows ports
  14       of Lyx, see http://www.lyx.org/download. The fonts are replacements
  15       that solve some display problems of math symbols.

  17       The fonts included in this package are taken from

  21       and have been modified for use with LyX.
  22       The most recent versions of the original fonts are available
  23       with the complete BaKoMa TeX distribution at

  27       The author of these fonts, Basil K. Malyshev, has kindly
  28       granted permission to use and modify these fonts.

  30       The changes made are simple remappings of glyphs. These mappings
  31       are:

  34       cmsy10.ttf   char  196 mapped to char 127 (\spadesuit)
  35       msbm10.ttf   char 8728 mapped to char 183 (\nleqq)
  36       msbm10.ttf   char  196 mapped to char 127 (\backepsilon)
  37       cmmi10.ttf   char 8728 mapped to char 183 (\kapp)
  38       msam10.ttf   char  196 mapped to char 127 (\circleddash)

  42       The mappings do not change any glyph but make the glyphs mentioned
  43       available under new codes, too. So the functionality of the fonts
  44       will not be affected in any other application.

  48       'wasy10.ttf' from the latex-xft font bundle:

  53       'rsfs10.ttf' from the rsfs package. It was converted from the type1
  54       version available at http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/rsfs/type1/.
  55       This PostScript Type 1 implementation of the font rsfs10, originally
  56       created by Ralph Smith using METAFONT, is in the public domain.

  58       In addition to the BaKoMa fonts, this font bundle contains the esint font
  59       'esint10.ttf' from the esint package. It was converted from the type1
  60       version available at http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/ps-type1/esint/.

  62       created by Eddie Saudrais using METAFONT, is freely available for general
  63       use.

  66       'stmary10.ttf' from the stmaryrd package. It was converted from the type1

  70       created by Jeremy Gibbons and Alan Jeffrey using METAFONT, is in the

  74       'dsrom10.ttf' from the doublestroke package. It was converted from the
  75       type1 version available at CTAN:/tex-archive/fonts/doublestroke.
  76       This PostScript Type 1 implementation of the font dsrom10, originally
  77       modified from the Computer Modern Roman family of fonts by Olaf Kummer,
  78       is freely available for general use.
