Move Lexer to support/ directory (and lyx::support namespace)

Integrate this part of the tests into CTest.
Target: after the release of 2.4.

Remove extraneous from LyX when it encounters unknown document classes
(nothing LaTeX in this folder for now) when exporting from CLI.
